Terms of Service

Punk Them makes lighthearted, AI-edited pictures of adults. You must have permission from every person shown in a photo before uploading it. Do not submit a photo as a surprise.

1. What you are buying

Each eligible prank turns one uploaded photo into three edited images based on one to three ideas you select. If you choose fewer than three ideas, we make additional variations of your selected ideas. The results are digital files delivered to the buyer through a private email link. AI-generated results can vary; an exact likeness, detail, or composition is not guaranteed.

2. Your permission and responsibilities

You must be at least 18 to order. Every identifiable person in the photo must be at least 18 and must have agreed to the upload, AI processing, and playful edits. You must have the right to use the photo, including any photographer's rights. You are responsible for the photo, the ideas you select, and how you share the result. Do not use the service to mislead, harass, defame, impersonate, or harm anyone.

3. Photo rules

We may decline or remove requests that involve minors, sexual or intimate content, nudity, bullying, hate, violence, criminal accusations, political persuasion, fake evidence, misleading endorsements, or other unlawful or unsafe material. We may refuse a custom idea even if a preset is allowed. See our Photo Rules.

4. Prices and memberships

A one-time order costs $7.99, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. A monthly membership costs $9.99 per month and includes two eligible photo pranks per billing month, with three edits per photo. An annual membership costs $99 per year and includes three eligible photo pranks each month during the paid year, with three edits per photo. Memberships renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. Unused photo credits expire at the end of each monthly service period and do not roll over, including on the annual plan. We will disclose any future price change before it applies to an existing membership. You can manage or cancel through the secure billing link sent to your email; cancellation stops future renewal and leaves already-paid access available through the current period, subject to these terms.

5. Checkout and fulfillment

Stripe handles payment. We begin processing only after Stripe confirms payment. Delivery time depends on queue size, image complexity, provider availability, and email delivery. We will try to complete orders promptly, but do not guarantee a specific turnaround. The buyer should provide a working email address and check spam or promotions folders.

6. Refunds and problems

If we cannot fulfill an eligible one-time order, we will refund it to the original payment method. If a photo or idea breaks the rules, we may ask a member to submit an eligible replacement without using another credit; a one-time order may be refunded. Once digital images are delivered, refunds are considered case by case, except where law requires one. Contact us promptly if you receive no delivery or a corrupted file. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Ownership and use

You keep whatever rights you have in the original photo. You allow us and our service providers to store, inspect, process, and transmit it only to provide the service, enforce these rules, and handle support. After payment, you may use the edited images for personal, lawful, noncommercial sharing. Do not present them as authentic events or statements by the person pictured. We do not use customer photos or results in our marketing without separate permission.

8. Availability and changes

We may pause or change the service to fix technical or safety issues. If a material change affects an order we cannot complete, we will follow the refund terms above. We may update these Terms; the version posted when you order governs that purchase unless a change is required by law.
